Anybody who’s watched the West Wing will remember the debate CJ Craig has with the Secret Service about her codename: flamingo. Not the most flattering codename for a particularly tall woman, but it would seem the Secret Service in the real world have a bit more flare when it comes to thinking up appropriate codenames:
Barack Obama: Renegade
Michelle Obama: Renaissance
George W. Bush: Trailblazer
But that got me thinking, if the Secret Service were asked to come up with codenames for British politicians, what might they be?
Hmm... would Gordon Brown become Bottler, co-staring Harriet Harman as Man-Eater, with a supporting cast of Nick Clegg as Gigolo, David Cameron as Bullingdon, and Alex Salmond as Braveheart?
