An update on former Tory Watford PPC Ian Oakley, who pleaded guilty in August to five counts of criminal damage and two counts of harassment at St Albans Magistrates' Court. Magistrates have awarded Mr Oakley a suspended sentence. Following the verdict, Hillingdon Council have announced he will no longer be a councillor for the borough.
