An update on former Tory PPC Ian Oakley, who pleaded guilty last month to five counts of criminal damage and two counts of harassment at St Albans Magistrates' Court.
He was due to be sentenced last week, but magistrates postponed sentencing for four weeks as a psychiatric report had not been completed on time. Perhaps they had too much to assess?
