UPDATE 15:30 - Obama is about to start speaking, but my colleague Amber has just come back from Parliament with a few snippets about how MPs were handling having a president in their midst. Apparently there are police everywhere on the parliamentary estate, and nobody is sure where to go, so MPs are milling about everywhere. One female MP saw Obama's motorcade go past and wanted to wave, but stopped herself because it might not be fitting for an MP to do such a thing...

And Douglas Alexander, who tweeted that he'd met Obama and Clinton this morning, on being gently accused of name-dropping, told of his "Tiggerish enthusiasm" at meeting Barack Obama.

Dave and Barack at the grill together. As Joe Murphy commented on Twitter, the photo ops on this visit have been stunning. Craig Oliver is earning his keep at No 10.

Michelle and Samantha do the salads.

When Ed met Barack. As Deborah Mattinson tweeted, the mirrored body language is quite striking. Who's mirroring who is up to you to decide...

Hillary Clinton doesn't seem to like this Miliband brother as much as she likes the other one, though.

I posted the pic of Cameron's presidential high five yesterday, but this shot seems to suggest the PM isn't exactly at home with the whole idea.

And then there's Hillary Clinton's obvious astonishment at being photographed with William Hague.

Nick got a go at being in Obama's presence as well.
